What is your return policy?
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ritsk products are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our team will provide a repair or replacement at no extra cost.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 0-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-14 business days, depending on your location.
